Preventative maintenance is the best course of action to save yourself from huge expenses in complete replacements or installations. Not only will you extend the lifespan of your asphalt or concrete structure by years, you’ll be doing it at a mere fraction of the price it would cost if you had decided to ignore your pavement structure until you couldn’t.

Which would you choose to pay? Few hundreds to a couple thousands every few years? Or tens of thousands in 10 years? The price difference itself is huge.

Quality Workmanship for Your Pavement Maintenance

At Advance Asphalt, Inc., we pride ourselves in our investment in trained professionals who not only have the years of experience behind them, but the drive to continue learning new techniques to increase the quality of our services. They know what procedures to follow to ensure your asphalt structure is preserved for a long time. Our contractors will:

  • Check out the pavement to determine the extent of damage
  • Figure out the cause of the cracks or rut
  • Choose the best treatment method to remedy the problem
  • Go over the right times with you to do the job. This is to avoid blocking or disrupting traffic to your residential or commercial property

Based on the resulting assessment, our professionals might be compelled to change the maintenance strategy. We will offer post-project tips on how to care for your asphalt parking lot or driveway once preventive treatments are applied.

Advance Asphalt, Inc., Inc. encourages and takes on all types of preventative maintenance jobs needed for any pavement-related circumstance. Some of these jobs include:

  • Crack Sealing/sealing
  • Fog sealing
  • Chip sealing
  • Milling and overlays
  • Sealcoating
  • Rut filling

Until then, here’s a small list of common signs it might be time to call in for some preventative maintenance.

  • Cracks are beginning to form
  • Pavement is no longer level
  • Potholes are taking form
  • Dark blacktop is starting to fade into a lighter gray color

These are all early signs of aging and erosion, and now is probably the best time to call in and get it under control before the situation becomes irreversible and costly repairs and installations are needed.

Preventative maintenance is the most time and cost-efficient choice you have in extending the lifespan of your pavement structures, and removing any possible hazards from your location. If you’re new to maintaining your pavement structures, we encourage everyone to take a proactive stance in regularly scheduling pavement maintenance.
